My eService has been revamped, focusing on enhancing convenience and user-friendliness while emphasizing safety to align with modern lifestyles.

 <li>Adjustments have been made to various functions to streamline the my by NT service, making it easier to manage services like top-up, self-service payment, and receive push notifications from my by NT.</li>
</ul>
Version 2.0 not only supports all existing Version 1.0 features but also introduces several new functionalities:
<ul>
 <li>Ability to link other NT services under the same username for consolidated service payments.</li>
 <li>Quick payment for third-party services without the need for pre-binding.</li>
 <li>Introduction of user PIN for convenient logins.</li>
 <li>Enhanced security through One Time Password (OTP) for balance transfers and package changes.</li>
</ul>
The new menu includes:
<ul>
 <li>eBill - Apply for billing statements via email.</li>
 <li>Notifications - Stay informed with regular updates.</li>
 <li>Invoice - Access copies of invoices and receipts.</li>
 <li>NT Shop - Locate or contact the nearest customer service center.</li>
</ul>
