My eService has been revamped, focusing on enhancing convenience and user-friendliness while emphasizing safety to align with modern lifestyles.

• Adjustments have been made to various functions to streamline the my by NT service, making it easier to manage services like top-up, self-service payment, and receive push notifications from my by NT.

Version 2.0 not only supports all existing Version 1.0 features but also introduces several new functionalities:

• Ability to link other NT services under the same username for consolidated service payments.
• Quick payment for third-party services without the need for pre-binding.
• Introduction of user PIN for convenient logins.
• Enhanced security through One Time Password (OTP) for balance transfers and package changes.

The new menu includes:

• eBill - Apply for billing statements via email.
• Notifications - Stay informed with regular updates.
• Invoice - Access copies of invoices and receipts.
• NT Shop - Locate or contact the nearest customer service center.
